So far super high quality and definitely worth the wait,wish it came with mounting hardware but that’s no biggie and I subscribed and never got a free hat but still it’s a very amazing product and stands out

Ordered a 10" x 36" mitre cut stack from TSO at one of their peak busy times as well as going through growing pains with trying to upgrade their facilities (8-10 week lead time). 10 weeks came and went, my stack shipped and I was getting excited seeing it finally get shipped. My stack made it to new jersey (I live in canada) and then the tracking stopped. Waited another 2 weeks, upon which I contacted the shipper and they had no information on it. Reached out to TSO and they looked into it by contacting the shipper on my behalf. My stack ended up being lost in shipping, the team at TSO reached out to inform me of the unfortunate news, and also let me know they were making me a new one. Not only did they fabricate me a new one and get it shipped out twice as fast as the first one, they also switched shipping companies which gave me a peace of mind knowing they made changes to improve the service provided. Upon receiving the stack I could not be more impressed with the quality of powder coat, and overall product finish. TSO, thank you for making a beautiful product, thank you for making changes to ensure product delivery, and thank you for keeping me updated throughout the whole process. 10/10 will continue to support this company and the people behind it.

Blown away by the quality of the product. Everything about it is solid. Looks awesome and sounds amazing!
